1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using the services of Decorex Balloons, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Decorex Balloons in accordance with applicable federal and New Hampshire state law.

2. Services

Decorex Balloons offers balloon decoration services for events in the Manchester, Bedford, Londonderry, Derry, Hooksett, Goffstown areas and surrounding communities in the state of New Hampshire.

All service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders and Reservations

  • All orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Orders for high-demand dates (holidays, special seasons) require earlier reservations.
  • An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment or deposit.
  • Decorex Balloons reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • The remaining balance must be settled before or on the day of the event.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable sales tax.
  • We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout on our online store.
  • By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

⚠ FTC Disclosure: All advertised prices are final at time of booking. Any additional charges will be communicated prior to confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: full refund of deposit minus administrative processing fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event: no refund will be issued.
  • Decorex Balloons reserves the right to cancel a service due to force majeure events, offering rescheduling or a full refund.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

⚠ Under FTC regulations, all refund policies must be clearly disclosed before purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge having read and accepted this policy.

6. Delivery and Installation

  • The client must ensure access to the event venue at the agreed time.
  • Decorex Balloons is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond its control.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Balloons are delicate products. Decorex Balloons is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery and installation.
  • The client assumes full responsibility for the use and handling of decorations once delivered.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Decorex Balloons’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
  • Decorex Balloons shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including images, logos, text, and design — is the property of Decorex Balloons and is protected under U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, unless prohibited by applicable law. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Modifications

Decorex Balloons reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website at:

Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
